Business Bay is a central business district under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended. Business Bay will have upwards of 240 buildings, comprising commercial and residential developments. The infrastructure of Business Bay was completed in 2008, and the entire development was expected to be completed between 2012-2015. Business Bay will be a new 'city' within the city of Dubai and is being built as a commercial, residential and business cluster along a new extension of Dubai Creek extending from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road. Covering an area of 64,000,000 square feet (5,900,000 m2), once completed it will be composed of office and residential towers set in landscaped gardens with a network of roads, pathways and canals. It will become the region's business capital as well as a freehold city.

Downtown Dubai
Downtown Dubai is a large-scale, mixed-use complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Dubai Downtown was created by the Emaar Real Estate Development Company, Before 2000 this place was called Umm Al Tarif, After 2000 Umm Al Tarif was changed to The Dubai Downtown, It is home to some of the city's largest landmarks including Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall,and Dubai Fountain. It covers an area of 2 square kilometers (0.77 sq mi), at an estimated cost of US$20 billion (Dh73 billion) upon completion and as of 2017, had a population of 13,201.
The development is situated along Sheikh Zayed Road, across from Al Wasl locality on the northwest. It is bounded to the south by Business Bay and to the northeast by Financial Center Road, which separates it from Zabeel 2 and Trade Center 2.
Arabic low-rise vernacular style of architecture is present in the Old Town, while high-rise contemporary buildings dominate the rest of the development. Downtown Dubai offers a range of high-end hotels such as Address Downtown, Vida Downtown, Al Manzil Downtown, as well as attractions such as a luxury Arabian market, Souk Al Bahar and a 3.5 km-long strip of restaurants and cafes on Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Boulevard. Souk Al Bahar has over 100 shops and over 20 restaurants, cafes and lounges adjacent to the Dubai Fountains.

Dubai Creek Harbour
Dubai Creek Harbour is a new waterfront district with retail, cultural and residential spaces, created by Emaar Properties & Dubai Holdings.This future inner city of Dubai is located in Ras Al Khor, 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai and from Dubai International Airport. This area is a cluster of prestigious living complexes with apartments and villas. It Is expected to reach 6sq/km once completed, which is double the size of the city's central downtown neighborhood.

Dubai Hills
Dubai Hills, also known as Dubai Hills Estate, is a luxury residential area located within Mohammed bin Rashid City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is home to the expatriate community of Dubai and has been developed by Emaar Properties. Dubai Hills includes villas, apartments, business parks and the Dubai Hills Mall. The villas and apartments are grouped around an 18-hole golf course. Dubai Hills is home to Dubai Hills Golf Club, a course that was awarded the World's Best New Golf Course 2019 at the World Golf Awards, Abu Dhabi. Dubai land
Dubai land is an entertainment complex being built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which is owned by Tatweer (which belongs to Dubai Holding). It covers almost 280 m2 right in the heart of the city. The initial idea was to make this district the city’s entertainment center, so today it represents a colorful combination of recreation objects and communities.
Dubailand is famous for hosting the annual Global Village fair. Recently, it has also become the place of the newly opened IMG Worlds of Adventure theme and amusement park – the largest amusement park in the city. Dubailand is the largest UAE's district and is known for housing some of the most spectacular residential complexes. Some of the most famous communities include Arabian Ranches and Al Barari along with such projects as Dubai Properties Mudon, Tilal Al Ghaf, NSHAMA Town Square.Besides the already built and inhabited complexes, the district will also be the home for the Mohammed Bin Rashid City mega-project that is currently being developed.
Transport: Due to Dubailand’s location in the city, it is connected to major highways, thus providing residents with a direct connection to many other crucial areas, including Dubai Marina, Dubai Creek Harbour, and Downtown Dubai. The district’s position also provides easy access to Dubai International Airport (DXB) as well as the Al Maktoum Airport (DWC).

Jumeirah
Jumeirah is a coastal residential area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates mainly comprising low rise private dwellings and hotel developments. The development comprises state-of-the-art tourist attractions, a hub of leisure activities, the biggest shopping center in the world, a large-scale park, the world’s largest man-made lagoon and 45 million sq. ft. of freehold property.
Transport: 10 minutes away from the Business Bay Metro Station and Al Safa Metro Station. Residents will soon be able to access Etihad Rail within the neighborhood upon the completion of Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
